You might try making a “50 Before 50” list–or even just a list of a few things you’d love to experience, read, or try in the coming years. It can be anything you like.
This isn’t about pressure or unrealistic expectations–it’s about reminding yourself that your life is rich with possibility, every single day. Whether you’re working or waiting, interviewing or upskilling, you can keep growing, discovering, and moving forward in ways that light you up.
- What books have you always wanted to read?
- Are there local places you want to visit—coffee shops, parks, museums?
- Is there a new skill (painting, coding, gardening) you’ve dreamed of trying?
- Maybe you want to reconnect with an old friend, volunteer, or take a solo day trip.
